Thank you for shopping with Najla’s Haute Couture. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help under the following return and refund policy.
🧾 Overview
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery (as per Pakistan’s common e-commerce practice). After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All tags must be intact.
- Item must be returned with a valid order receipt or proof of purchase.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom-stitched or altered clothing
- Sale or discounted items
- Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive items
- Gift cards or store credits
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or personal wear
🔁 Exchanges
We only exchange items if:
- The product was received damaged or defective
- The wrong item or size was delivered (based on your order)

💰 Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item is out of stock
- You received a damaged or incorrect item, and we cannot exchange it
- You cancel the order before it is shipped
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.). Processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
⌛ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank or mobile wallet.
- Contact your payment service (bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash) OR COD Cash on Delivery.
- If it still doesn’t appear, contact us at info@najlashautecouture.com.
🎁 Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was shipped to the buyer first and later given to you:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
🚚 Return Shipping
To return an item, please send it to:

- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
